We offer full refunds within the first 30 days of purchase of the software. We take returns no questions asked, but for our own sanity, we would like to know the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.
We use Stripe as our credit card processor and more than likely will have to issue a refund through Stripe. Stripe seems to process refunds around 10 business days. If there are still any concerns with your refund status, please feel free to reach out.
